Women's Mental Health Group is an out-of-network provider. Most major insurance companies reimburse clients for out-of-network services and at the client's request, I will provide a monthly clinical receipt of services statement (superbill) that can then be submitted by the client to insurance companies for reimbursement. Sliding scale options are available upon request and proof of need.
Frequency depends on each client's clinical goals and individualized treatment plan. Session frequency is a collaborative decision. Initial intake sessions are 65 minutes and then I typically see clients weekly for 50 minute psychotherapy or EMDR sessions. I also offer bi-weekly options. Additionally, I offer EMDR intensives in 3 hour and 6 hour blocks.
Therapy duration and length depend on each client's clinical goals and individualized treatment plan.
I primarily work with adult clients (18+). I also work with older adolescent clients if my specialized clinical offerings align with their specific needs.
No. I am licensed to provide clinical psychotherapy and am not a psychiatric medication provider. However, I regularly collaborate with psychiatric providers and am happy to provide psychiatric referrals from my specialized network throughout treatment and/or work with a client's current psychiatric provider throughout treatment.
